On June 30, just before the Party’s birthday, the Party Branch Committee of the Geophysical Exploration Institute held a celebration meeting to commemorate the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to honor outstanding Party members on “July 1.” Attending the meeting were the leadership team of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, members of the Party Branch Committee, mid-level cadres, and all Party members based in Chengdu. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch Committee, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Institute.

On the morning of June 6, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration held a special meeting to study and implement the spirit of the 12th Provincial Party Congress. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch Committee, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the Institute. Attending the meeting were the leading team of the Institute based in Chengdu, heads of various departments, all party members, as well as representatives from the Testing Center, the Y206 Well Fracturing Electromagnetic Monitoring Project Team, and the Y251 Well Fracturing Electromagnetic Monitoring Project Team (via video conference).

At 9:00 a.m. on May 27, 2022, the 12th Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China in Sichuan Province was solemnly opened in Chengdu. The Institute of Geophysical Exploration organized its leading team based in Chengdu, members of the Party branch committee, branch secretaries, and party members as well as active candidates to watch the live broadcast together in the institute’s conference room. Meanwhile, party members and cadres working on the production frontlines also watched the broadcast simultaneously via mobile phones, computers, and other devices at their respective project sites.
