Attending the session were 79 members of the Provincial Party Committee and 15 alternate members of the Provincial Party Committee. Also attending the session were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, members of the Provincial Supervisory Commission, and responsible comrades from relevant departments. In addition, some grassroots comrades, experts and scholars, and representatives from related sectors among the delegates to the 12th Provincial Party Congress also attended the session.
