In accordance with the unified arrangement of the Sichuan Resources Party Committee and the Party Branch of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, the Geophysical Exploration Institute organized its Party members and cadres based in Chengdu to watch the live broadcast of the opening ceremony of the 20th National Congress. At the same time, all Party members and cadres in various project departments were required to watch the broadcast and carefully listen to the report delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping.

At 9:00 a.m. on October 14, Sichuan Resource Geophysical Exploration, as a director unit of the Chinese Geophysical Society, participated in the academic seminar hosted by the Chinese Geophysical Society to study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important reply to all geological workers of the Sixth Geological Brigade of the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. During the online session, we listened to a lecture titled “Exploration Achievements and Theoretical Methods for Deep-Source Gold Deposits in Jiaodong,” delivered by Song Mingchun, chief expert of the former Sixth Geological Brigade of the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. The lecture provided a detailed introduction from three major perspectives: new discoveries in deep-source gold exploration in Jiaodong, theoretical insights into deep-source exploration, and methods for exploring deep-source gold deposits. Covering both theory and practice, it presented numerous case studies, offering rich theoretical support and practical experience for geological exploration work and proving highly instructive.
