Recently, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration has been granted two additional national intellectual property rights: an invention patent titled “Magnetic Rod Attitude Adjustment Device, Its Usage Method, and Manufacturing Method,” and a software copyright titled “Shale Gas Platform Electromagnetic Survey Line Layout System.” With these latest additions, the Institute now holds a total of five invention patents and nine software copyrights.

On January 6, 2023, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration held a special meeting on rectifying issues identified through investigative supervision of Party conduct and integrity building and anti-corruption efforts. The meeting was chaired by Zou Zhongping, Deputy Secretary of the Institute’s Party Branch Committee, Member of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union. Members of the Institute’s Party Branch Committee, members of the leading team, heads of administrative departments, and representatives of Party members attended the meeting.

On December 30, 2022, the Geophysical Exploration Institute held its fourth-quarter staff meeting and a kickoff meeting for the “Extensive Study, Extensive Investigation, and Extensive Discussion” campaign in Chengdu. Members of the Party Branch Committee of the Institute, the leadership team, senior managers, and all employees and cadres based in Chengdu attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch Committee, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the Institute.
