The Sichuan Institute of Geophysical Exploration held its 2023 Work Conference.
On February 21, the Sichuan Institute of Geophysical Exploration held its 2023 Work Conference in Chengdu. More than 60 people attended the meeting, including members of the institute’s leadership team, members of the Party branch committee, senior managers, and employees based in Chengdu. The meeting was chaired by Yu Changheng, a member of the institute’s Party branch committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer.
At the meeting, all participants collectively studied the spirit of the Group’s 2023 Work Conference. Zou Zhongping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, Disciplinary Committee Member, and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, delivered the report presented by Xu Zhiwen, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Board. Yu Changheng, a member of the Party Branch Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, conveyed the concluding remarks delivered by Jiang Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Board, and General Manager.
Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch Committee, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, delivered a work report titled “Clearly Define Our Position, Continue Our Struggle, and Continuously Contribute Geophysical Exploration Strength to the New Development of Sichuan’s Resources.” The report comprehensively summarized the work carried out in 2022 and clearly outlined the goals and tasks for 2023: achieving a 6% increase in operating revenue, a 10% increase in profits, a 10% increase in the income of employees on duty, zero safety incidents, a 100% report compliance rate, and the effective implementation of six key priorities.
The key approaches for achieving the 2023 target tasks are:
First, continuously deepening Party building provides strong guidance for development;
Second, clearly define the business positioning and focus efforts on seeking greater breakthroughs in the market.
Third, accelerate the shift toward innovation-driven development to build new momentum for growth.
Fourth, establish a robust support system for development by enhancing compliance management to improve quality and efficiency.
Fifth, we will build a corporate brand culture to rally greater strength for development.
Zhang Guangda presented plaques to Yu Changheng’s Science and Technology Innovation Studio, Gu Zhiwen’s Science and Technology Innovation Studio, Liu Jinhui’s Science and Technology Innovation Studio, and Wang Anping’s Science and Technology Innovation Studio.
Zhang Guangda signed production target responsibility letters with various entities and comprehensive strict governance responsibility letters with each branch.
The meeting commended the advanced collectives, outstanding project teams, advanced production workers, and individuals who excelled in safety production for the year 2022.
Zou Zhongping delivered a concluding remark at the meeting, emphasizing:
First, we must strive for excellence and meticulous craftsmanship, further leveraging our professional strengths.
Second, we must strengthen our capabilities and drive technological innovation to further enhance our core competitiveness.
Third, we must fulfill our responsibilities, strengthen the foundation, and further enhance our management level.
Fourth, we must strengthen safeguards, serve the center, and further reinforce Party building leadership.
