On February 15, 2023, a task assignment from Sinopec North China Oil & Gas Branch was placed before the electromagnetic fracturing monitoring team at the Geophysical Exploration Institute. A development well (Well D1) was scheduled to undergo reservoir fracturing on February 19, and the Geophysical Exploration Institute was requested to provide support by conducting electromagnetic monitoring. Although the work area was located thousands of miles away and time was tight with heavy responsibilities, the Geophysical Exploration Institute made comprehensive arrangements and promptly dispatched personnel and equipment, arriving on time at the Well D1 site in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, on February 18, fully prepared for the upcoming monitoring operations.
