On November 21, immediately after the conclusion of the Group’s 46th Party Committee (expanded) Meeting for 2023, the Geophysical Exploration Institute promptly convened a special meeting to convey the spirit of the meeting at the earliest opportunity. The purpose was to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 12th Provincial Party Committee as well as the important instructions and requirements issued by provincial and group leaders.

On July 31, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration held a special study session for the Party Branch’s theoretical study center group, focusing on “accurately grasping the Chinese characteristics, essential requirements, and major principles of Chinese-style modernization.” The meeting was chaired by Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Institute’s Party Branch, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager. All members of the Institute’s Party Branch theoretical study center group attended the session, and the head of the Party and Mass Work Department was invited to observe.

Communique of the Second Plenary Session of the 12th Committee of the Communist Party of China in Sichuan Province (Adopted at the Second Plenary Session of the 12th Committee of the Communist Party of China in Sichuan Province on November 29, 2022) The Second Plenary Session of the 12th Committee of the Communist Party of China in Sichuan Province was held in Chengdu from November 28 to 29, 2022. Attending the session were 79 members of the Provincial Party Committee and 15 alternate members of the Provincial Party Committee. Also attending the session were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, members of the Provincial Supervisory Commission, and responsible comrades from relevant departments. In addition, some grassroots comrades, experts and scholars, and representatives from related sectors among the delegates to the 12th Provincial Party Congress also attended the session.
