On November 14, the finals of the 2nd Sichuan Province Natural Resources Science Communication Competition, hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Natural Resources and organized by the Provincial Geological Society and the Zigong Dinosaur Museum, concluded successfully at the Zigong Dinosaur Museum. Twelve contestants from various units across the province—including the provincial natural resources system, science communication bases, and museums—advanced to the finals, engaging in an exciting and diverse competition of science communication presentations. Gu Zhiwen, a contestant from the Institute of Geophysical Exploration, participated in this final round and was awarded an Excellence Award.
