The Institute of Geophysical Exploration adheres to the special campaign focused on "Three Transformations and Three Enhancements," using the strengthening of talent development as its foundation, refined management as its key driver, and technological innovation as its breakthrough point, thereby promoting quality improvement and efficiency enhancement across all areas of work.
Focus on strengthening the foundation for development and enhancing talent team building. Explore the “Academician/Expert + Talent Innovation Studio” model to create a technology-driven platform. Based on practical needs, vigorously promote the “mentor-apprentice” approach, refine relevant systems, optimize incentive mechanisms, and encourage highly skilled talents to continuously strive for advancement and innovation. Establish platforms such as Talent Innovation Studios and Young Model Worker Science and Technology Innovation Studios to advance the development of a talent pool that is knowledge-based, innovation-oriented, and skill-focused.
Focus on reducing costs and improving efficiency in projects, and enhance the level of refined management. With the goal of driving enterprise development through the creation of project benefits, actively implement the requirements for refined project management, taking cost management as the core, promoting the “Two Forms and One Document” management approach, strengthening process control, and strictly controlling non-productive expenditures. We have revised 34 existing systems, established 10 new systems, and abolished 11 systems.
Focusing on the development of new-quality productivity, we are strengthening the integration of technological innovation with industrial development. We remain committed to regarding technological innovation as a key priority, striving to cultivate new-quality productivity with distinctive geophysical characteristics. Together with Chengdu University of Technology, we successfully applied to establish the Sichuan Provincial Geophysical Society and hosted its inaugural general meeting. We also successfully applied for the Chengdu Academician (Expert) Innovation Workstation, attracting high-end intellectual resources and enhancing our enterprise’s independent innovation capabilities. We have participated in international seminars and won awards, published numerous high-level papers, and secured three new invention patents and four software copyrights throughout the year. Additionally, we have published two SCI papers, two EI papers, and two core papers indexed by Peking University.
Next, the Geophysical Exploration Institute will continue to uphold the work philosophy and approach of “every task must be carefully planned, every planned task must be executed, every executed task must be successfully completed, and every completed task must be of superior quality,” thereby driving all our efforts to new heights and contributing further to the Group’s high-quality development.
