From September 12 to 13, the Academic Symposium on Research and Application of Electromagnetic Methods in the Oil and Gas Industry was successfully held in Changsha, Hunan Province. More than 130 participants, including leaders, experts, and technical backbones from over 50 institutions and universities across the country, attended the conference. The symposium was co-organized by Hunan Jishan High-Tech Co., Ltd. and the Sichuan Institute of Geophysical Exploration. Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the Institute of Geophysical Exploration, led the team and actively prepared for and participated in the conference.

On August 29, the 2023 New Employee Orientation Meeting of the Institute of Geophysical Exploration was held in Chengdu. The purpose of this meeting is to help newly hired employees gain a deeper understanding of the Institute’s development history, experience its corporate culture, and become familiar with the current situation and tasks facing the Institute’s ongoing development, thereby facilitating their rapid transition into their new roles and quicker integration into the work environment and their new team. Members of the Institute’s leadership team, heads of various departments, and 14 newly hired employees attended the meeting.
