The Institute of Geophysical Exploration Held the 2025 Annual Meeting on Party Organization Secretaries’ Accountability Reports on Party Building, Accountability Reports by the Leading Team and Leading Cadres, and the “One Report and Two Evaluations” Process for Cadre Selection and Appointment.
On March 25, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration held the 2025 annual report and evaluation session for Party organization secretaries on their Party-building work, as well as the reporting sessions for the leading team and leading cadres and the selection and appointment of cadres. One Report, Two Evaluations “The meeting was chaired by Yu Changheng, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of the Institute of Geophysical Exploration.”
During the meeting, Yu Changheng delivered reports on his performance in 2025 as the Party organization secretary responsible for Party building work, on the 2025 work summary of the leading team, and on the 2025 report on personnel selection and appointment. Subsequently, each member of the leading team presented their individual 2025 reports on performance, accountability, and integrity.
Attendees conducted democratic evaluations of the Party organization secretary’s leadership in Party building, the leading body and its members, and the selection and appointment of personnel. At the same time, they also carried out democratic evaluations on the implementation of the Party committee’s principal responsibility for building a clean and honest government and on the discipline inspection commission’s fulfillment of its supervisory duties.
Cadres from the Organization Department of the Group Party Committee attended the meeting as observers. The company’s leadership team, mid-level managers, and employee representatives based in Chengdu also attended.
