The Institute of Geophysical Exploration convened a conference to celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to honor outstanding Party members, outstanding Party organizations, and exemplary Party members.

To mark the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to vigorously promote the great spirit of Party building, the Party Committee of the Geophysical Exploration Institute convened a celebration ceremony and an awards conference for “Two Outstanding Individuals and One Advanced Party Organization” in Chengdu on July 1. Yu Changheng, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the Institute, attended and addressed the gathering, while Zou Zhongping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the meeting.

Following the solemn rendition of the National Anthem, the conference honored outstanding Communist Party members, exemplary Party affairs workers, and advanced primary-level Party organizations that had distinguished themselves in their work over the past year. New Party members then took their solemn oath before the Party flag. Yu Changheng delivered a report on the spirit of the Ninth Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Provincial Committee and gave a special Party lecture on cultivating and practicing a correct view of political achievements.

The meeting called on all Party branches and every Communist Party member to take the advanced as role models, firmly uphold their ideals and convictions, remain loyal to the Party, conscientiously implement all decisions and arrangements, and underpin the Group’s high-quality development with concrete actions and tangible results.

The company’s leadership team and all Party members based in Chengdu attended the meeting.
