“Sichuan-Guangdong” Mountains and Seas “Chain” Global Connectivity: Examining the Vitality of the Institute of Geophysical Exploration Through the China International Fair for Investment & Trade
On June 27, the 20th China International Fair for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises kicked off grandly in Guangzhou. As the only geological exploration enterprise from Sichuan Province participating in the fair, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration, representing Sichuan Natural Resources Group, showcased a number of core technological achievements at the expo. On this national-level platform focused on specialized, sophisticated, and innovative enterprises, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration comprehensively demonstrated its strong technological advantages and innovative results in areas such as mineral resource exploration and development, highlighting the extraordinary strength of "Tianfu Intelligent Manufacturing" in the geological exploration industry.
At this year’s China International Fair for Investment and Trade, the Geophysical Exploration Institute’s booth was themed “Empowering Resource Exploration with Technology, Driving Green Development through Innovation.” Skillfully employing a variety of presentation methods—including physical exhibits, detailed technical diagrams, and engaging multimedia demonstrations—the booth showcased the institute’s extensive practical experience in key areas such as oil and gas exploration and development, deep mineral resource exploration, and exploration solutions for complex geological conditions. These achievements drew numerous business visitors and tour groups from across the country, who stopped to engage in lively exchanges. Moreover, the institute’s advanced technologies and innovative concepts received widespread acclaim.
During the exhibition, the Geophysical Exploration Institute received widespread attention and was granted an opportunity for a live interview. In the interview, staff from the Geophysical Exploration Institute introduced the group’s and the company’s general profile, the features of the exhibited products, and the core technological advantages, thereby enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation both within and beyond the industry.
As one of the 50 specialized, sophisticated, and innovative enterprises representing Sichuan at the exhibition, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration has built a modern, green exploration and development equipment system integrating “air, space, land, and underground” technologies. This system has already been deployed in mineral exploration projects in countries including Laos, Vietnam, and Pakistan. Moving forward, the Institute will leverage the China International Fair for Investment & Trade—a global platform—to actively implement its “going global” strategy, continuously deepen technological innovation and industrial collaboration, and contribute its professional expertise to promoting high-quality development in the resource exploration industry and supporting the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
