The Group held the 2025 Party Building, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Work Conference.
On February 24, the Group held its 2025 Work Conference on Party Building, Integrity and Anti-Corruption. Luo Zhibo, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, attended and delivered a speech. Jiang Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Board, and General Manager, presided over the meeting. Yang Limin, Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee and Director, presented the report on Party building work. Tu Xiaozhong, Head of the Group’s Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team, Member of the Group’s Party Committee, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, delivered the report on integrity and anti-corruption efforts.
The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the 4th Plenary Session of the 12th Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. Participants watched in unison the group’s cautionary educational film, “Crossing the Line.” Party members and cadres attending the meeting made commitments to strengthening discipline and work style. In addition, the meeting included performance evaluations and accountability reports by secretaries of party organizations on their efforts in grassroots party building, as well as accountability and integrity reports by “leading officials.”

In 2024, the Party Committee of the Group carried out Party discipline study and education in a solid and thorough manner, taking the “Three Key Initiatives” as the driving force to consistently promote comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, thereby fostering a sound and upright environment conducive to work and entrepreneurship. In 2025, we must deeply implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on Party building and the Party’s self-revolution, strictly uphold the principle of “two consistent approaches,” adhere to governing the Party with a spirit of reform and stringent standards, further advance the “Three Key Initiatives,” fully implement the Group’s arrangements for the “Year of Capability Enhancement,” promote the deep integration of Party building and business operations, and provide strong political, disciplinary, and work-style guarantees for the Group’s high-quality development.
Members of the group’s leadership team, fourth-level staff members, assistant general managers, chief legal counsel, mid-level and senior-level officials at the group headquarters, and principal Party and administrative leaders, deputy secretaries of Party committees, and discipline inspection committee secretaries (or discipline inspection committee members) from each unit will attend the meeting at the main venue. Mid-level and senior-level cadres from all units will participate via video conference.
