Bringing Warmth for the New Year: Showing Care and Warmth to Geophysical Exploration Staff—The Institute of Geophysical Exploration Launches a New Year’s Condolence Activity for Employees on Duty
To earnestly implement the spirit of the Group’s trade union documents on providing warmth during the “Double Festivals,” on January 27, the leadership of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, filled with heartfelt care and warmth, extended New Year greetings and best wishes to the employees who are still working diligently on front-line projects and those who are hard at work in Chengdu.

Send warmth
During the visit of condolence, the hospital leaders had warm and friendly conversations with the staff members and gained a detailed understanding of the progress of work in each department. As the upcoming Spring Festival holiday approaches, the hospital leaders expressed their heartfelt concern and urged the staff to pay close attention to traffic safety during their return journeys home. They reminded everyone to plan their trips wisely and ensure a safe journey home. In addition to these warm greetings, the hospital leaders also thoughtfully prepared special New Year gifts for the staff.

This visit of care not only fully conveyed the Geophysical Exploration Institute’s deep concern for its employees, enabling them to genuinely feel the warmth of “home,” but also greatly boosted their enthusiasm for work.
In the new year, the Geophysical Exploration Institute will continue to uphold a people-oriented philosophy, always putting the needs of our employees first, caring deeply about both their work and their personal lives, and striving to create a better working environment and greater opportunities for career development. We will fully harness the collective strength of all our employees, working together to write a brighter new chapter for the Geophysical Exploration Institute.
