Leaders of the Geophysical Exploration Institute offer frontline condolences, warming the hearts of employees in the cold winter.

From January 22 to 23—just the day after the successful conclusion of the Geophysical Exploration Institute’s work conference—Yu Changheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, immediately led members of the institute’s trade union staff to rush to five frontline projects: the fracturing monitoring project at wells Lu 208H1-3 and 6; the fracturing monitoring projects at wells Ning 209H75-1, 3, and 6; the fracturing monitoring project at platform Ning 209HL43; the fracturing project at platform Ning 209HL59; and the fracturing monitoring project at Changning H8J platform. There, they carried out a “Winter Warmth”慰问 activity, bringing care and warmth to the employees who remained steadfastly on duty.

 


At the project site, Yu Changheng had a warm and friendly conversation with the employees. In addition to promoting the spirit of the Group’s work conference and the relevant content of the institute’s work conference, he also took detailed interest in their work and living conditions. He highly praised the employees’ dedication and hard work, noting that they continued to hold their posts steadfastly even under extremely cold weather conditions. At the same time, he reminded everyone to pay close attention to keeping warm and taking proper precautions against the cold, and emphasized that they should efficiently complete their tasks while ensuring safety.




Subsequently, the care team delivered warm clothing, medicines, food, and other relief supplies to the employees. Each item carried the heartfelt concern and attention of the institute’s leadership. The frontline workers expressed that this warmth not only chased away the cold of winter but also reignited their enthusiasm for work, enabling them to feel the care and support of the geophysical exploration institute—a big family.


This visit of care not only demonstrates the leadership of the Geophysical Exploration Institute’s concern for frontline employees, but also further strengthens the team’s cohesion and sense of unity. In the new year, all employees of the Geophysical Exploration Institute will devote themselves to their work with even greater enthusiasm, contributing to the development of the Sichuan Resources Group’s Geophysical Exploration Institute.
