The company is conducting a safety inspection before the Spring Festival.
As the Spring Festival approaches, in order to ensure safety and stability during the holiday period and enable employees to enjoy a peaceful and joyful New Year, on January 29, 2022, Gu Zhiwen, the Deputy General Manager in charge of safety and Chief Engineer of the Geophysical Exploration Company, led staff from the Equipment Safety Supervision Department and the Office to conduct a pre-holiday safety inspection of the company’s office areas. The inspection focused particularly on fire safety and electrical safety in the printing room, conference rooms, and all individual offices.
During the inspection, it was found that some offices had instances of computers and printers not being promptly turned off after use, as well as water dispensers whose power was not promptly disconnected when no one was using them. Gu Zhiwen requested that accurate records be kept, feedback be provided to the relevant personnel in a timely manner, and that all computers and printers currently not in use be immediately switched off and unplugged. This is to ensure that safety issues are addressed promptly and potential hazards are eliminated without delay.
Meanwhile, the company requires on-duty personnel to conduct daily inspections and monitoring of fire safety, theft prevention, and electrical usage in office areas during holidays, effectively implementing preventive measures to ensure the security of the company’s assets.
