Sichuan Resource Geophysical Exploration and Hunan Jishan High-Tech Co., Ltd. Hold an Exchange and Symposium
On October 18, Sichuan Resource Geophysical Exploration held an exchange and discussion meeting in Chengdu with Yan Xiaohua, Deputy General Manager of Hunan Jishan High-Tech Co., Ltd., who was visiting, along with technical experts specializing in wide-field electromagnetic methods. Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch, Chairman, and General Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, as well as Gu Zhiwen, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, and other relevant technical personnel, attended the meeting.
Since establishing the “Academician He Jishan Workstation,” the Institute of Geophysical Exploration has been committed to learning, introducing, and promoting the advanced technologies developed by Academician He Jishan. The institute has also been strengthening its exchanges and cooperation with Jishan High-Tech, thereby serving the nation’s economic development. As part of the Academician Workstation, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration has obtained trial access to the newly developed “Wide-Field Electromagnetic Processing and Interpretation Integrated System V2.0.” At the exchange meeting, the institute’s technical staff briefed Jishan High-Tech experts on their preliminary evaluation of the software. They found that the system represents significant improvements over previous versions. Based on current project requirements, the technical staff put forward seven specific suggestions and improvement measures for the wide-field electromagnetic processing and interpretation system. Subsequently, both sides engaged in further communication and discussion regarding the directions for future enhancements.
At the meeting, both sides also engaged in an in-depth exchange on new technological approaches and ideas that combine fracture monitoring with microseismicity, as well as on the development and application of methods, technologies, and equipment to realize these new approaches. They expressed their hope to work together to overcome existing challenges and accelerate the advancement of field trials.
Finally, both sides expressed their commitment to further strengthen cooperation, using projects as a platform and taking the opportunity to improve equipment and software to expand the depth and breadth of their collaboration, thereby further enhancing their R&D and innovation capabilities and achieving win-win outcomes.
