The Geophysical Exploration Institute strengthens the standardized management of accounting archives.
Recently, in accordance with the Group’s “Management Measures for Accounting Archives,” the Finance Department of the Geophysical Exploration Institute organized staff members to re-file and organize all accounting archives since the institute’s establishment. For certain accounting archives that had been stored for an excessively long time and were beginning to show signs of damage, protective measures were taken. The accounting ledgers, accounting vouchers, financial statements, bank reconciliation statements, tax returns, and other relevant accounting documents were sorted, reorganized, and filed according to their respective categories. Throughout this process, staff members meticulously checked and carefully carried out every step of archive organization, ensuring that the archives were comprehensively collected, accurately categorized, systematically arranged, scientifically indexed, and neatly bound. At the same time, they strictly adhered to safety and confidentiality regulations, preventing arbitrary stacking, damage, and information leaks. Thanks to this careful filing and organization, not only has the longevity of the archives been significantly extended, but also the convenience of accessing these archives has been further enhanced.
The filing and preservation of accounting archives are an essential component of financial work and serve as crucial paper-based evidence for various business activities. The Geophysical Exploration Institute will continue to strengthen the standardized management of accounting archives, meticulously organizing and binding them in strict accordance with regulations governing the custody of financial documents, ensuring that the organization is well-documented, the filing process is orderly, and that the accounting archives remain authentic, complete, usable, and secure.
