Great news! The Institute of Geophysical Exploration has been awarded the title of “Advanced Collective for Cultivating High-Skilled Talents in Sichuan Province.”
On February 29, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration was jointly recognized by five provincial departments—the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, the Sichuan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions—as an “Advanced Collective in the Cultivation of High-skilled Talents in Sichuan Province.”
Talent is the source of innovation and the foundation for development. For a long time, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration has adhered to the people-oriented philosophy, consistently implemented a talent-strengthening enterprise strategy, and cultivated a high-quality talent pool. In particular, in recent years, the Institute has intensified its cooperation with universities such as Chengdu University of Technology, Southwest Petroleum University, and Central South University, jointly cultivating highly skilled professionals. It has encouraged and supported highly skilled personnel to participate in continuing education and training programs, continuously updating and enhancing their knowledge and skills. Moreover, the Institute has vigorously promoted the “mentor-apprentice” model, refined relevant systems, optimized incentive measures, and encouraged highly skilled talents to keep striving for progress and innovation. In conjunction with actual project work, the Institute has organized skill training sessions, skill competitions, on-the-job drills, and technical contests. It has also established platforms such as Talent Innovation Studios and Young Model Worker Science and Technology Innovation Studios, vigorously promoting the spirit of labor, the spirit of model workers, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and actively advancing the building of a workforce that is knowledgeable, innovative, and skilled.
This recognition is a high commendation of the Geophysical Exploration Institute’s efforts in recent years to cultivate highly skilled professionals.
