The Institute of Geophysical Exploration held a summary meeting on the selection process for the 2024 Provincial Employee Vocational Skills Competition, as well as a pre-competition mobilization meeting.
On November 18, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration organized a summary meeting for the selection process and a pre-competition mobilization meeting for the 2024 Provincial Employee Vocational Skills Competition. The meeting was chaired by Zou Zhongping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, Member of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Institute of Geophysical Exploration.
The meeting pointed out that from organizational preparation to implementation, every stage of the selection process was closely coordinated, and numerous employees actively participated. After undergoing rigorous tests—both theoretical and practical—a group of highly skilled contestants successfully made the cut. During the selection process, these contestants demonstrated solid professional knowledge, proficient operational skills, and excellent adaptability, laying a strong foundation for the upcoming finals. At the same time, the selection process also revealed certain skill gaps among some employees, providing clear guidance for subsequent training and improvement efforts.
The meeting emphasized that the provincial-level workers’ vocational skills competition is an important platform for showcasing the geophysical exploration institute’s professional technical expertise and talent-development achievements.
