The meeting conducted an in-depth analysis of the current status and trends in the geophysical exploration market, and laid out plans and arrangements for the market direction and key operational measures for 2025.

Meeting Requirements

All staff throughout the hospital must unify their thinking, and all departments and entities must earnestly implement the special campaign “Three Shifts and Three Enhancements” and the “13710” work supervision and implementation system. They should collaborate closely to forge a powerful synergy in their work.

We need to further strengthen the operations team, make good use of our technical qualifications, and expand our existing markets.

We need to step up efforts to attract high-end geophysical exploration talent and interdisciplinary, versatile professionals. At the same time, we should refine our internal employee training system and enhance staff quality through various approaches, thereby providing ample talent support for the implementation of our strategy.

We must intensify efforts to tackle key technologies and establish clear timelines and roadmaps for areas such as optimizing and upgrading traditional geophysical exploration techniques, building research platforms, and translating innovations in geophysical exploration technology into practical applications.

We need to increase investment in scientific and technological innovation, expand our network of strategic research partnerships, and enhance our core competitiveness.

We need to effectively coordinate funds and arrange budgets, allocate resources reasonably, and enhance the efficiency of fund utilization.
