Leaders from the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions visited the Geophysical Exploration Institute for research.
Recently, Wu Weidong, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and Miao Yong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led teams to conduct research at the Geophysical Exploration Institute.

The research focused primarily on highlight initiatives such as the Academy of Geological Exploration’s Academician Workstation, Innovation Studios, and the “National Model Employee Family.” During their visit to the Youth Science and Technology Innovation Studio and the staff activity center of the Institute of Geological Exploration, the research team listened carefully to briefings on the scientific research achievements of the Academician Workstation and Innovation Studios, as well as on the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents. They also gained a comprehensive understanding of the Institute’s experience and practices in trade union work over recent years, along with the remarkable achievements it has made.

The research team highly praised the abundant achievements made by the Institute of Geophysical Exploration in the field of scientific and technological innovation. They expressed hope that the Institute would continue to leverage its strengths, constantly refine the development mechanisms of the Academician Workstations and Innovation Studios, ensure that more core technological achievements are transformed and applied, and better serve the nation’s exploration and development of energy resources. At the same time, they urged the Institute to further strengthen trade union building, making the trade union’s role as a bridge and link even more prominent, and thus achieve greater success in promoting scientific and technological progress in the field of Natural Resources and safeguarding the rights and interests of employees.
Chen Junhua, a member of the Group Party Committee, employee director, and chairman of the trade union, accompanied the research trip, along with responsible officials from the Department of Natural Resources and relevant departments of the Group.
