The Institute of Geophysical Exploration Holds a Strategic Planning Workshop for 2022-2027
From July 18 to 19, in order to further advance the special campaign "Three Transformations and Three Enhancements," the Geophysical Exploration Institute held a strategic planning workshop for the period 2022-2027 in Chengdu. Members of the institute’s leadership team, members of the Party branch committee, senior managers, department heads, and representatives of new employees attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yu Changheng, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Geophysical Exploration Institute.

Guided by the Group’s “Strategic Plan (2022-2027),” the seminar conducted an in-depth discussion on the development strategy for the coming years, taking into account the actual situation of the Geophysical Exploration Institute. Through the preliminary work of drafting the strategic plan, each department of the Institute has systematically identified its own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, gradually clarifying the planning approach regarding the Institute’s development environment, strategic objectives, strategic pathways, and strategic safeguards.

At the meeting, Zou Zhongping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch Committee of the Institute, Member of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union, provided an explanatory briefing on the draft of the Geophysical Exploration Institute’s “Strategic Plan (2022-2027).” Based on a thorough understanding of the Institute’s current development status, analysis of growth opportunities, and identification of existing challenges, participants actively offered suggestions and exchanged ideas, thereby providing more diverse perspectives and approaches for the Institute’s strategic planning.

The meeting pointed out that the Geophysical Exploration Institute should elevate its perspective, align with the Group’s high-quality development goals, and effectively plan and achieve its strategic objectives for the period 2022-2027. It should leverage its own strengths, adopt robust measures, and proactively assume responsibility for supporting the Group’s core business development. The Institute should integrate closely with the Group, share common goals, and work in the same direction to promote the high-quality development of Sichuan Resources Group’s geophysical exploration business.
