The Institute of Geophysical Exploration held the 2023 Annual Performance Review and Assessment Meeting for the Leadership Team and Leading Personnel, as well as the 2023 Democratic Assessment Meeting on Personnel Selection and Appointment.
On the afternoon of April 18, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration held the 2023 Annual Performance Review and Assessment Meeting for the Leadership Team and Leading Personnel, as well as the Democratic Assessment Meeting for Personnel Selection and Employment in 2023. Members of the Institute’s leadership team, senior managers, mid-level cadres, and employee representatives attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch Committee of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager, delivered a summary report on the 2023 work and a special report on personnel selection and appointment for 2023 on behalf of the leadership team. Members of the leadership team each presented their individual performance reports for 2023.
The participants conducted democratic evaluations of the leading team and its members, as well as of the personnel selection and appointment process. At the same time, they carried out democratic evaluations on the implementation of the primary-level Party branch’s principal responsibility for building integrity and clean governance, and on the performance of duties by the discipline inspection committee members in fulfilling their supervisory responsibilities.
