Three Transformations and Three Enhancements to the Front Lines: Promoting the Construction of Key Projects
On April 11, Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager, led the Party Branch of the Institute’s administrative office and the Well Logging Party Branch to the Chongqing Yuxi Wide-Area Electromagnetic Survey Project— a key project of the Institute—to implement the spirit of the Group Party Committee’s special campaign “Three Transformations and Three Enhancements.”
At the meeting, Zhang Guangda explained the implementation plan of the Group Party Committee’s special campaign to “Transform Three Aspects and Enhance Three Capabilities,” and delivered a mobilization and deployment speech for carrying out this special campaign.
He emphasized that Party members involved in the project should set an exemplary and leading example, and unswervingly promote the institute’s high-quality development.
First, we must shift our mindset and enhance our market awareness. We need to embrace a modern, enterprise-oriented philosophy, while strengthening our internal capabilities, proactively explore new business areas, and take decisive measures to steadily advance all aspects of our operations.
Second, we must implement a shift in management approaches to enhance the quality and efficiency of our work. Project management should be refined, standardized, and digitally intelligent. We need to vigorously promote research and innovation in software and equipment development, and strengthen the cultivation of innovative, skilled, and application-oriented talent.
Third, we must implement a shift in work style and enhance our execution capabilities by promoting a culture of pragmatism, efficiency, and rigor, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of data collection, interpretation, and processing.
Members of the project team all expressed that,
First, we will ensure that the “Three Shifts and Three Enhancements” are effectively implemented in our projects—shifting mindsets and emphasizing enhancement, shifting methods and boosting efficiency. We will break through barriers through innovation and achieve tangible results in our work.
Second, we must fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of Party members, discard outdated notions and conventional thinking, boldly embrace new things and new challenges, continuously acquire new knowledge and skills, and enhance our overall quality and professional competence.
Third, we will delve deeply into the project’s highlights to produce high-level research papers and invention patents. At the same time, we will place great emphasis on enhancing team collaboration and communication skills, fostering synergy and working together to ensure the smooth progress of the project and contribute to the high-quality development of the Geophysical Exploration Institute.
