On April 18, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration held the second (expanded) study session for the Party Committee’s theoretical study center group in 2025, as well as the closing ceremony of the study and education workshop on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation. The meeting was chaired by Zou Zhongping, Deputy Secretary of the Institute’s Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union. Yu Changheng, Deputy Secretary of the Institute’s Party Committee and General Manager, delivered a concluding speech. Members of the Institute’s Party Committee’s theoretical study center group and mid-level cadres attended the meeting.

Following the unified deployment of the Group Party Committee regarding inspection work, on April 14, the first inspection team of the Group Party Committee held a mobilization meeting in Chengdu to launch its inspection of the Party Committee of the Geophysical Exploration Institute. The meeting was attended by 47 participants, including members of the Institute’s leadership team, senior managers, mid-level cadres, representatives of some employees, and representatives of retired employees. Prior to the meeting, the inspection team held a briefing session with the Institute’s top leaders to communicate and brief them on the relevant work arrangements.
