The Institute of Geophysical Exploration held the 2025 Party Building, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Work Conference.
On March 10, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration held a meeting on Party building, integrity and anti-corruption efforts for 2025. Yu Changheng, Deputy Secretary of the Institute’s Party Committee and General Manager, delivered a report on Party building work. Zou Zhongping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the meeting and delivered a report on integrity and anti-corruption efforts.
The meeting involved collective study of important ideas on Party building, the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 12th Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, the spirit of the National Conference on Organizational Work, the spirit of meetings held by organizational and publicity officials at both the national and provincial levels, and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. The meeting also conveyed and studied the spirits of the Group’s 2025 Party Building Work Conference and the Mobilization and Deployment Meeting for the Special Action “Year of Capability Enhancement,” the Group’s 2025 Conference on Integrity and Anti-Corruption Efforts, and the Group’s Mobilization Meeting for the “Three Transformations” Construction Year. Participants watched collectively the Group’s warning education film, “Exceeding Boundaries.” Party members and cadres attending the meeting made a collective commitment to strengthening discipline and work style.
The meeting signed the Target Responsibility Letter for Comprehensively Strengthening Party Governance, honored the winners of the “Wu·Tan Vanguard” Party Building Brand Identity Solicitation Campaign, and recognized and presented flags and plaques to the “Dual Posts, Dual Teams.”
The meeting emphasized.
First, we must elevate our political awareness and, guided by the “Year of Capability Enhancement,” deeply advance the “Three Initiatives,” promote the enhancement of the “Three Modernizations,” and drive the Center for Geophysical Exploration to better serve the nation’s development strategy.
Second, we must cultivate brand awareness and enhance our market competitiveness. We should continuously enrich the内涵 of the Party-building brand “Wu·Tan Xianfeng,” creating a distinctive Party-building brand that serves as a model and leader within the industry, and promote the deep integration of Party building with production and operations.
Third, we must firmly implement principal responsibility, strengthen performance assessment and accountability, and enhance both a sense of responsibility and a sense of urgency. We should improve the supervision and assessment mechanisms for Party building work, enhance the comprehensiveness and objectivity of evaluating work outcomes, and ensure that effective supervision and feedback from assessments are truly put into practice.
Fourth, take integrity as a mirror, cultivate upright character and conduct, and enhance awareness of preventing integrity risks. Solidly carry out the “Five Ones” integrity culture-building activities, integrating warning education, legal and disciplinary publicity, and integrity talks into a single, comprehensive initiative. Deeply cultivate an integrity culture and make every effort to fortify employees’ ideological defenses.
The leadership team of the institute, members of the Party Committee, mid-level cadres, Party members based in Chengdu, winners of the call for submissions for the Party building brand image logo, and representatives from the “Dual Posts, Dual Teams” initiative attended the meeting.
