Stay Safe in the Cold Winter, Ensure Peace During the Spring Festival | The Geophysical Exploration Institute Conducts Pre-Spring Festival Safety Inspections
As the Spring Festival draws near, in order to earnestly implement the spirit of the Geophysical Exploration Institute’s “Three-Year Action Plan for Root-Cause Remediation of Safety Production (2024–2026)” and effectively prevent and mitigate safety production risks, ensuring that all employees can enjoy a peaceful and harmonious Spring Festival, the Equipment Safety Supervision Department of the Geophysical Exploration Institute recently organized all field project teams to carry out a special campaign for identifying and addressing potential hazards before the Spring Festival. At the same time, a comprehensive safety inspection was conducted across the company’s office areas.
All field project departments have responded actively by conducting comprehensive inspections of equipment and vehicles, and making proper arrangements for personnel and vehicles during the Spring Festival period, striving to ensure a stable and safe production environment.
During this period, Gu Zhiwen, a member of the Party Branch Committee of the institute, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Engineer, led a team to conduct a thorough safety inspection of the company’s office areas, focusing on electrical safety and fire protection facilities. During the inspection, Gu Zhiwen emphasized that heads of all departments must earnestly strengthen their sense of primary responsibility for safe production, keep the “safety string” taut at all times, firmly guard the “pre-holiday checkpoint,” and resolutely prevent any kind of safety accidents from occurring.
Next, the Geophysical Exploration Institute will further strengthen its responsibility for safe production, ensuring that “we don’t relax during holidays and remain fully engaged even during festivals.” After the Spring Festival, the institute will continue to focus on resuming work and production, rigorously implementing all safety measures to provide high-level safety guarantees for high-quality development.
