The 4th Session of the 1st Congress of Employees and the 4th Session of the 1st Congress of Trade Union Members of the Group were successfully held.
On January 15-16, 2025, the Group’s Fourth Session of the First Workers’ Congress and the Fourth Session of the First Members’ Congress of the Trade Union were held in Chengdu. Tu Xiaozhong, head of the Group’s Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team, member of the Group’s Party Committee, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
At the meeting, Chen Junhua, a member of the Party Committee of the Group, employee director, and chairman of the trade union, delivered the “2024 Trade Union Work Report,” providing a comprehensive review of the achievements made by the trade union in 2024. During the meeting, delegates carefully listened to and deliberated on the “2024 Trade Union Financial Report,” the “2024 Trade Union Financial Audit Report,” the “2025 List of Ten Practical Measures to Serve Employees,” and the “2025 Trade Union ‘Monthly Activities’ Implementation Plan.”
The meeting pointed out that over the past year, trade union organizations at all levels within the Group have fully leveraged their role as a bridge and link, uniting and leading the vast number of employees to actively engage in various Group initiatives. They have played a vital role in areas such as the Group’s reform efforts, business expansion, and stable development, injecting strong momentum into the Group’s growth and demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and mission.
The meeting emphasized that we must strengthen communication and collaboration to build synergies in our work, always uphold the principles of serving employees and promoting development, and continue to perform well in all tasks for 2025. Through a wide variety of colorful and diverse cultural and sports activities, we will further enhance employees’ sense of belonging and identification with the Group, foster a positive and uplifting corporate culture, and steadily advance the Group on the path of high-quality development.
