They in March
As the weather gradually warms and peach blossoms bloom in full glory, the women of March feel as gentle as a soft breeze brushing against your cheeks—warm and comforting. With the care and support of the Party Branch Committee of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, the Institute’s Trade Union has organized a series of “March 8” celebration activities to mark International Women’s Day.

Women's Day
On the morning of March 9, the union organized a DIY pottery activity themed “Cultivating Life.”
Under the teacher’s guidance, each female employee personally engaged in tasks such as shaping raw clay, wheel throwing, slab building, coil building, and painting on unglazed pottery. Although many were doing these techniques for the first time, everyone fully tapped into their imagination and put their heart and soul into creating uniquely personal pieces.

Women's Day
On the afternoon of March 16, the trade union organized a “Rose and Bookish” reading-sharing event for female employees in Chengdu. Each female employee prepared a favorite book and used reading to showcase the beautiful world depicted within its pages. Through this reading-sharing activity, female employees are encouraged to love reading, read good books, enrich their inner selves, and enhance their personal capabilities.

Here, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the hard work and dedication of our female employees. We hope that in the future, each of you will continue to play your vital role as “half the sky” in your respective positions, innovate and strive for excellence, and shine with your brightest light.
