Love Sports, Promote Health | The Geophysical Exploration Institute Launches a Winter Walking Activity for Employees
To welcome the arrival of the brand-new year 2023, the trade union of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, in conjunction with the theme of the Chengdu Universiade, organized a “Love Sports, Promote Health” winter walking event for all employees working in Chengdu on December 30 at Huanhua Creek Park.
This brisk walking event was characterized by a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, with simple rules. Participants were divided into separate groups for women and men, and the hike was organized primarily to promote physical activity, foster teamwork, and enhance overall health. During the walk, everyone encouraged and cheered each other on, filling the air with laughter and cheerful chatter. The atmosphere was light and lively, allowing participants not only to get a good workout but also to relax, unwind, and relieve stress.
The trade union of the Geophysical Exploration Institute is organizing a brisk-walking event, hoping that employees will prioritize their own health and enhance their physical fitness. With healthy bodies and abundant energy, they can better cope with the pandemic, more fully enjoy the pleasures of work and life, and devote themselves to the development of Sichuan’s resource exploration事业 with greater enthusiasm and a more positive mindset.
