On May 4, with bright sunshine, a clear blue sky dotted with white clouds, and pleasantly mild weather, the young employees of the Geophysical Exploration Institute enthusiastically gathered at the Daoxiang Yugge Campground. To mark the occasion of the "May Fourth" Youth Day, they organized a team-building event for young staff members under the theme “Carrying Forward the Spirit of Model Workers and Uniting Youthful Energy.”

The participants were divided into five teams and took part in game competitions such as "Crossing the River by Touching Stones," "Hand-in-Hand Rope Passing," and "Frisbee Relay Race." These activities emphasized teamwork, testing the teams’ speed, cohesion, and individual players’ skills. Throughout the event, everyone was fully focused and deeply engaged, cheering loudly for their own teams and clapping enthusiastically for colleagues who achieved outstanding results. Amidst a joyful and upbeat atmosphere, laughter never ceased. The spirit of the event was “friendship first, competition second.”

This team-building activity showcased the vibrant and energetic spirit of the young employees at the Geophysical Exploration Institute, fostering a sense of unity and collective strength among them.
