Great news! The trade union group of the Geophysical Exploration Institute’s headquarters has been awarded the title of “National Model Employee Family.”
Recently, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions issued a decision recognizing “National Model Employee Homes,” “National Model Employee Small Families,” and “National Outstanding Trade Union Workers.” The trade union group at the headquarters of the Geophysical Exploration Institute has been awarded the title of “National Model Employee Small Family.”
In recent years, under the correct leadership of the higher-level Party organizations and trade unions, the trade union group at the headquarters of the Geophysical Exploration Institute has consistently adhered to the guiding principles of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, earnestly fulfilled its trade union duties, shown care and concern for employees, safeguarded their rights and interests, and strived to create a better working and living environment for cadres and employees, thus becoming the warmest home in their hearts. Fully leveraging its advantage of being closely connected to the frontline, the trade union group has taken enhancing employees’ sense of gain and happiness and promoting harmonious and stable development as its goals. It has actively established service platforms such as staff activity rooms and staff reading rooms, and has assisted the institute’s trade union in systematically organizing various healthy and uplifting cultural and sports activities, making positive contributions to the enterprise’s pursuit of high-quality development.
Receiving the title of “National Model Employee Family” this time is a well-deserved recognition of the trade union group’s work at the headquarters of the Geophysical Exploration Institute—and even more so, it serves as a powerful encouragement and motivation for the group to keep forging ahead!
