The Geophysical Exploration Institute held a technical exchange and discussion meeting with the Jinhe Geological Exploration Company.
On October 20, Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, along with Yu Changheng, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer, and a team of five technical personnel, visited Sichuan Jinhua Geological Exploration Engineering Co., Ltd. for an exchange and discussion meeting. Li Bo, Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy General Manager of Jinhua Geological Exploration Company, Zhang Zhong, Deputy General Manager, and heads of relevant departments also participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, Li Bo, representing Jinhe Geological Exploration Company, warmly welcomed Zhang Guangda and his delegation and provided an overview of Jinhe Geological Exploration Company’s basic information.
Subsequently, Zhang Guangda briefly introduced the basic information about the Institute of Geophysical Exploration and its recent core business activities. He highlighted two key challenges faced by the Institute in conducting geophysical exploration work: the issue of karst zoning in drilling projects and the challenge of predicting abnormal formation pressures during drilling. He expressed his hope that experts from Jinhe Geological Exploration Company could offer more insightful recommendations from the perspective of drilling engineering. Technical personnel from both sides engaged in a thorough and detailed discussion of these issues and ultimately reached a consensus.
This exchange and symposium have yielded remarkable results. Both sides believe that the combination of geological drilling and geophysical exploration holds even greater potential. In the future, both sides will further strengthen communication and closely collaborate to effectively promote their high-quality development.
