Sichuan Resource Geophysical Exploration and Hunan Jishan High-Tech Hold a Results Exchange Meeting.
On December 9, Sichuan Resource Geophysical Exploration and Hunan Jishan Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. held a video conference to share the results of fracture monitoring. Attending the meeting were more than 20 people, including Li Fangshu, Chairman of Jishan Hi-Tech; Yan Xiaohua, Deputy General Manager; Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch, Chairman, and General Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Institute; Yu Changheng, Deputy General Manager and CFO; Gu Zhiwen, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer; as well as relevant technical personnel from both sides.
At the exchange meeting, Gu Zhiwen first presented reports on two topics: “Fracturing Monitoring Technology Exchange” and “Wide-Field Electromagnetic Method Technology Exchange.” Following that, Yan Xiaohua’s team from Jishan High-Tech introduced their “Recent Research Findings and Future Research Directions in Wide-Field Electromagnetic Fracturing Monitoring.” Both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion and technical exchange on various aspects, including a brief overview of the 2022 fracturing monitoring work, recent research findings, key highlights of the work, client requirements, and software refinement.
Zhang Guangda emphasized.
1. Over the past three years, fracture monitoring efforts have continuously involved modeling experiments. Following established procedures and standards, we have collected data, optimized software, and successfully secured several patent inventions, achieving a series of remarkable results—results that have been hard-earned.
2. Geophysical exploration technology boasts highly specialized expertise; therefore, it’s crucial to ensure seamless coordination with development and engineering personnel, using oil-and-gas-specific terminology to further guide production and provide enhanced on-site interpretation data for fracturing operations.
3. Technical work is an ongoing journey. We must further implement Academician He’s refined requirements for the wide-field electromagnetic method, continuously enhance our technical capabilities, and proceed steadily toward long-term success.
Li Fangshu stated.
1. The wide-area electromagnetic method technology has been awarded the First Prize of the National Science and Technology Invention Award. The technology has already been applied in production operations at oilfields in Sichuan, Daqing, Shengli, North China, Xinjiang, and other regions, achieving remarkable results and successfully addressing key challenges in oilfield production. Let’s keep up the good work!
2. Over the past three years of fracture monitoring efforts, Jishan High-Tech has invested significant human and material resources in tackling technical challenges. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold technological innovation and prioritize technology as the driving force behind our progress.
3. Providing excellent service to our users and enhancing the technological value and efficiency are our inescapable responsibilities. The road ahead is long, but the future holds great promise.
