Zhang Guangda went to the project site to conduct safety and quality inspections.
On September 7, Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch, Chairman, and General Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, led a team to the ground geophysical exploration project headquarters in Lizhai No. 2 Well, Gulin County, Sichuan Province, to conduct a safety and quality inspection of the preliminary mining area.
The inspection team first visited the field AMT data collection site, listened to reports from on-site technical personnel on the conditions of the construction area, gained an understanding of the quality of data collection and the progress of the work, and once again emphasized safety measures at the site as well as environmentally friendly exploration practices.
Subsequently, Zhang Guangda and his delegation visited the planned locations of the main inclined shaft, auxiliary inclined shaft, and central return air inclined shaft at Li Jiazhai No. 2 Mine, emphasizing precautions to be taken when using transient electromagnetic methods for exploration around mine entrances and mining areas.
After completing on-site surveys of the inlet and outlet of the underground dark river at Guanyin Rock, the inspection team gained a preliminary understanding of the surface karst development characteristics in the Maokou Limestone area. The team also requested that the project team integrate geophysical exploration with geological data analysis and carry out comprehensive interpretation during the subsequent data processing and interpretation phase.
Zhang Guangda emphasized that the Dacun Project Department should carry out field operations meticulously, pay close attention to safety and quality control, and earnestly implement the requirements for green geological exploration. With high spirits and a pragmatic work attitude, the department should confidently face the Group’s mid-term inspection.
