The Institute of Geophysical Exploration Holds a 2024 Seminar on High-Quality Development
On December 12, the 2024 High-Quality Development Symposium of the Geophysical Exploration Institute was held in Chengdu. Members of the institute’s leadership team, senior managers, and department heads attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party Branch Committee, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Institute.
This seminar was a brainstorming session held by the Geophysical Exploration Institute to mark the completion of its key economic targets for 2023. At the meeting, participants were full of energy and confidence. They discussed eight topics—including “How to further strengthen Party building leadership, deeply integrate Party building with production and operations, and effectively carry out the ‘second half’ of inspection rectification efforts”—as well as “How to further enhance the geophysical exploration technology support capabilities around the Group’s core responsibilities and main business.” Drawing on their own work experiences, participants freely shared their insights on Party building, production and operations, standardized management, technological innovation, brand development, and other related areas. The entire seminar was characterized by a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere.
This high-quality development seminar thoroughly summarized past experiences, planned for the future in a pragmatic and realistic manner, further unified thinking, built consensus, pooled wisdom and gathered strength, and provided clearer guidance for the Geophysical Exploration Institute to achieve its 2024 goals and tasks with high quality. Building on the outcomes of this seminar, the Geophysical Exploration Institute will make great efforts to focus on specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and new technologies, striving to propel the company’s high-quality development to a new level and passionately write a brand-new chapter for Sichuan Resources Group’s geophysical exploration business.
