Upholding the Aspirations of Women and Striving Forward on a New Journey—The Geophysical Exploration Institute Holds Its 2024 “March 8” International Working Women’s Day Event
On the occasion of the 114th International Women's Day, the trade union of the Geophysical Exploration Institute recently launched a series of activities themed “Uplifting Women’s Aspirations and Striving Forward on a New Journey,” including a “Rose-Infused Book Sharing” event and a “Legal Education Film Screening.”
During the event, the hospital’s trade union organized all female staff members to share and recite classic passages from renowned literary works, exchanging their reading experiences with one another. Through reading, these female employees have gained knowledge, broadened their horizons, enriched their inner lives, and enhanced their personal cultivation. By watching the legal education film “Article 20,” they have comprehensively strengthened their awareness of the rule of law, advocating that female employees uphold the spirit of “the law must never yield to illegality.” They are determined to become new-era female employees who not only know the law but also understand and abide by it, thus contributing even more vigorously to the building of a socialist society under the rule of law.
The trade union of the Geophysical Exploration Institute has always attached great importance to the career development and rights protection of female employees. Moving forward, the institute’s trade union will continue, as always, to care for and support female employees in their work and daily lives, creating a better environment for their development. We encourage all female employees to love their jobs, be dedicated and conscientious, work diligently and with integrity, and demonstrate the spirit of female employees in the new era, contributing their strength and expertise to the high-quality development of the Geophysical Exploration Institute of Sichuan Resources Group.
