Bringing Warmth in Winter—The Geophysical Exploration Institute Launches a “Winter Warmth” Employee Care Activity
To express care and gratitude toward field workers, the Trade Union of the Geophysical Exploration Institute carried out a “Winter Warmth Delivery” employee appreciation campaign from early January to late February 2024.
During the event, leaders and staff members of the hospital’s trade union, carrying carefully prepared gifts of comfort, went deep into various work sites and frontline project locations to visit and offer condolences to workers on the front lines. They had warm and friendly conversations with the employees, learned about their work and living conditions, inquired about their difficulties and needs, and presented them with winter-proof items and medicines such as electric blankets, scarves, gloves, and cold-relief remedies, along with heartfelt wishes. At frontline production sites—including the well logging operation at Well 1 in Wushan-Guandi, Chongqing; the fracture monitoring project at Platform Ning 209H73; and the fracture monitoring project at Well Zu 212—more than 30 employees received these tokens of care and support.
This visit of care not only brought material support to the employees, but more importantly, it made them feel the unit’s concern and support for them. On this cold winter day, this warmth and care will inspire the employees to work even harder and make greater contributions to Sichuan’s resource exploration endeavors!
