The Trade Union of the Geophysical Exploration Institute held a symposium and exchange event for female employees as part of the 2024 “Winter Warmth Delivery” initiative.
On January 25, the Trade Union of the Institute of Geophysical Exploration organized a symposium and exchange event for female employees titled “Winter Warmth Delivery” 2024 at the institute’s headquarters. All female employees of the institute’s Trade Union attended the event, which was chaired by Zou Zhongping, Deputy Secretary of the institute’s Party Branch, Member of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Trade Union.
The female employees who participated in the symposium and exchange session, drawing on their own job experiences and the institute’s actual development situation, summarized and reflected on their work insights and achievements over the past year. They also praised the institute’s trade union for its remarkable accomplishments in closely aligning with the unit’s development goals—particularly in deepening democratic management within the trade union, enriching cultural life for employees, and strengthening employee cohesion.
Zou Zhongping extended sincere gratitude and warm greetings to all female employees, highly recognizing their active contributions over the past year to the development of various undertakings at the Geophysical Exploration Institute. Given the heavy workload during the year-end and early new year period, as well as the sharp drop in winter temperatures, he urged everyone to strike a balance between work and rest—while staying committed to their posts and completing tasks with high quality and efficiency, they should also pay close attention to their own health and take good care of themselves. Afterwards, on behalf of the institute’s trade union, he presented each female employee with a thoughtful set of warming supplies.
Next, the trade union of the Geophysical Exploration Institute will continue to actively play its role as a bridge and link connecting employees, vigorously safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of every staff member, wholeheartedly serving all the institute’s cadres and workers, and making greater contributions to the high-quality development of the Geophysical Exploration Institute of Sichuan Resources Group.
