Four “Qingyang Craftsmen” from the Geophysical Exploration Institute attended the 2024 Model Workers and Craftsmen Spring Symposium and “Warmth-Bringing” Event hosted by the Caotang Subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions.

On January 25, Yu Changheng, Gu Zhiwen, Liu Jinhui, and Wang Anping—four “Qingyang Craftsmen”—participated in the 2024 Model Workers and Craftsmen Spring Festival Symposium and “Warmth Delivery” event, organized by the General Union of Caotang Subdistrict in Qingyang District. The event was chaired by Sun Huili, Chairperson of the General Union of Caotang Subdistrict in Qingyang District.


During the event, Yu Changheng, Deputy General Manager and CFO of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, delivered a speech on behalf of the institute’s “Qingyang Craftsmen.” He introduced the development status of the Geophysical Exploration Institute to the street-level trade union federation and all the “craftsmen,” with particular emphasis on the institute’s achievements and contributions over recent years in serving national energy and resource exploration as well as infrastructure construction in transportation and water conservancy. He also shared insights and engaged in discussions about the close connections between the geophysical exploration industry and various other sectors. He stated that the Geophysical Exploration Institute will continue to better serve social development in its future work.


In a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, “Qingyang Craftsmen” from various industries introduced the development trends of their respective fields and the corporate cultures of their organizations. They shared advanced experiences and insightful reflections from their work and engaged in extensive and in-depth exchanges on how to better understand and promote the spirit of craftsmanship.
