Staying vigilant and unwavering during the Dragon Boat Festival—The Geophysical Exploration Institute strictly safeguards project quality and safety.
On June 2, during the short Dragon Boat Festival holiday, Yu Changheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, led a team to the construction site of the Hongya 2D seismic exploration project—the institute’s key project—to inspect safety and quality at the project’s frontline operations.
At the project headquarters, the project leader gave a detailed work report to the inspection team, focusing on key areas such as safety management, quality control, construction schedule planning, and optimization of technical solutions. After listening to the report, Yu Changheng first expressed his heartfelt condolences to all the project staff and workers who remained steadfastly at their posts during the holiday period. He then emphasized two points: First, safe production is the lifeline of the project’s advancement; therefore, we must rigorously implement safety management measures and firmly establish a robust safety defense system. Second, we must strictly control the quality of data collection to ensure that the data is authentic and reliable, thereby providing a solid foundation for subsequent exploration efforts.
Subsequently, the inspection team went deep into the project’s construction site to conduct on-site inspections of key work procedures. They carefully examined the construction processes, technical parameters, and equipment operating conditions, and repeatedly emphasized the need to remain constantly vigilant about safety, spare no effort in overcoming difficulties, and ensure that the project progresses safely, with high quality, and with maximum efficiency—thus making new contributions to the institute’s high-quality development.
