The Institute of Geophysical Exploration held the 2024 Annual Performance Review and Assessment Meeting for the Leadership Team and Leading Cadres.
On the afternoon of March 18, the Institute of Geophysical Exploration held its 2024 annual meeting for reporting and evaluation of the leadership team and leading cadres. The meeting was chaired by Yu Changheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Institute of Geophysical Exploration. Li Xu, Deputy Director of the Organization Department (United Front Work Department) of the Group’s Party Committee, also attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Yu Changheng delivered a work summary of the leadership team for 2024, a special report on Party building work for 2024, and a thematic report on personnel selection and appointment for 2024. Members of the leadership team then each presented their individual work reports for 2024 in turn.
The participants conducted democratic evaluations of the leading team, members of the leading team, and leading cadres. At the same time, they carried out a performance review and evaluation of Party organization secretaries’ work in Party building, as well as democratic evaluations of the implementation of the Party committee’s principal responsibility for building integrity and clean governance, and of the discipline inspection commission’s fulfillment of its supervisory duties.
Members of the leadership team of the Geophysical Exploration Institute, mid-level cadres, and employee representatives attended the meeting.
