Centennial of the Party’s Founding | The Geophysical Exploration Company Holds a Special Meeting to Study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Speech at the Centennial Celebration of the Party’s Founding
On the morning of July 14, the Geophysical Exploration Company organized a special study session in its conference room for Party members, prospective Party members, secretaries of grassroots Party branches, and mid-level cadres, focusing on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech delivered at the rally celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The session aimed to deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s “July 1” speech and to exchange insights gained from the study. Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the company’s Party General Branch, chaired the meeting and delivered a speech.
Senior Manager Hu Ruisheng, Head of the Party and Mass Work Department Zhou Huiying, and four representatives from various Party branch committees shared their insights and reflections on studying the General Secretary’s July 1st speech, drawing on their own work experiences and personal thoughts. All participants unanimously agreed that the General Secretary’s important speech is far-sighted and inspiring, comprehensively summarizing the “nine musts” for learning from history and forging ahead into the future, and painting a bright outlook for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Moving forward, we will continue to study the General Secretary’s important speech in greater depth, transforming our learning outcomes into a powerful driving force for advancing the company’s core production and business operations, and contributing even greater strength to the successful achievement of the company’s goals and tasks for the second half of the year.
Comrade Zhang Guangda, Secretary of the Party General Branch, delivered a report titled “Understanding Our Original Aspirations, Enhancing Our Competencies: Reflections on Studying General Secretary Xi Jinping’s July 1st Speech,” and put forward requirements for the next steps in our work: First, we must enhance our ideological awareness and do a solid job in Party history study and education. All Party members should earnestly grasp and implement the spirit of the speech, integrating it into all aspects of our work. Combined with Party history study and education, we should transform our learning outcomes into vigor and determination for getting things done and starting businesses, thereby deepening and solidifying our study of the important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Second, we must focus on practical implementation and perform our duties diligently and conscientiously. We should ensure strict enforcement of existing regulations, including the “Two Forms and One Document,” hospitality approval procedures, project audits, and other relevant rules and systems. We need to refine specific tasks, clearly define responsibilities, and carry out all work strictly in accordance with these regulations, using institutional frameworks to promote standardization and long-term governance. This will help us continuously consolidate the achievements made by the geophysical exploration company, maintain a clean and upright political environment, and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party with outstanding results.
